KNOWLEDGE BASE (TECH NOTES) Cable Calibration Cables synchronise both hydraulic cylinders for level lifting. Adjust gradually so both locks click simultaneously under equal tension. Lock Release Cable After installation, ensure full engagement/disengagement before operation. Bleeding Hydraulic Cylinders Cycle the lift several times. At full descent, hold the lowering valve for 10–15 seconds to purge trapped air. Functional Hardware Setup Install cables, locks, hydraulics, and pulleys before raising the lift.
